Buffalo, NY/Clearfield, PA – CNB Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Kyle Morgan as Senior Vice President, Director of Private Client Solutions. In his new role, Mr. Morgan will lead CNB's Private Client Solutions team, overseeing private banking, trust and fiduciary services, retirement plan specialists, and investment officers across the CNB Family of Banks. He will be responsible for helping clients navigate complex financial opportunities while delivering personalized wealth management strategies and exceptional service.
Mr. Morgan has more than two decades of experience in wealth management, private banking, and fiduciary services. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions focused on serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses through comprehensive financial and wealth management solutions. His addition to the team reflects CNB's continued investment in providing sophisticated financial solutions and personalized guidance to individuals, families, and businesses throughout the region.

A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College, Mr. Morgan holds a bachelor's degree in economics. He also holds the Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) and Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) designations. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Morgan is actively involved in the community. He serves as a Director of the Great Falls Council of Scouting America and as a Trustee of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.
