CNB Bank Announces Promotion of Justin R. Maney to Senior Vice President, Director of Accounting Operations

Clearfield, PA – Tito Lima, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CNB Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Justin R. Maney to Senior Vice President, Director of Accounting Operations.
Mr. Maney joined CNB Bank in 2020 and has played an integral role in supporting the Bank’s accounting and financial reporting functions. Prior to joining CNB Bank, he began his career with a Pittsburgh-based regional public accounting firm and later served as Assistant Controller for over five years.

“Justin’s technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted leader within our finance operations,” said Mr. Lima. “His strong accounting background, dedication to sound financial controls, and ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements have contributed significantly to the Bank’s success. We are pleased to recognize his accomplishments with this well-deserved promotion.”

In his new role, Mr. Maney oversees the Bank’s core accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal control functions. He serves as a primary liaison with auditors, supports regulatory reporting requirements, and helps ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Bank’s financial information. Additionally, he plays an important role in maintaining effective financial controls and reviewing key financial analyses that support the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.

Mr. Maney is a graduate of Curwensville Area High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, serves on the Board of Directors for the Curwensville Regional Development Corporation, and is active within his local church community.
