
Clearfield, PA – Michael Peduzzi, President and CEO of CNB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Carrie Wood to Senior Vice President, Experience. In this leadership role, Dr. Wood drives numerous key initiatives for the Bank that result in customer-friendly transformation, enhanced delivery of service, and ultimately, elevated advocacy for clients and employees alike.
Dr. Wood oversees the Employee Experience Department, which includes learning and development, onboarding and engagement, reward and recognition, and special events. In addition, she leads the Employee Experience and Client Experience Task Force leadership teams, focused on delivering meaningful and exceptional stakeholder experiences. She also guides the bank’s participation in community outreach related to Financial Education programs, the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) and the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) contribution program. Her efforts drive positive change, efficiency, and growth by ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences for both clients and employees.

Dr. Wood joined CNB Bank in 2019 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including expertise in management, lending, marketing, and information technology. She holds her Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation and is a 2023 graduate of the CNB Leadership Institute. Prior to joining CNB, she was CEO of a local credit union.
A native of Curwensville, Dr. Wood is deeply involved in the community, serving as Secretary/Treasurer of the Curwensville High School Volleyball Booster Club; Board Member of the Curwensville Regional Development Corporation (CRDC); Finance and Endowment Chair of the Curwensville United Methodist Church; Board Member and Membership Chair of the DuBois Educational Foundation; Chair of the GFWC Curwensville Community Improvement Committee; and North Central District Director for the General Federation of Women’s Clubs Pennsylvania (GFWC-PA).
