Clearfield, Pennsylvania – CNB Bank (“Bank”) is pleased to announce the formation of its new Central Pennsylvania market Advisory Board, comprised of a group of distinguished business and community leaders from across the region and a variety of business and professional backgrounds who will individually and collectively provide valuable insights and counsel as the Bank continues to grow and serve its communities. The Advisory Board consists of accomplished professionals and business owners and principals with deep ties to their respective industries and a shared commitment to the success and prosperity of the region.

The inaugural members of the CNB Bank Advisory Board include:
- Joel Alberts, Owner of GeoTech Engineering: GeoTech Engineering is a multidisciplinary firm providing engineering, geological, and surveying services across Pennsylvania and surrounding states. With years of service on the Cen Clear Board of Directors, Mr. Alberts is deeply involved in community service and development projects in the region.
- State Representative Mike Armanini: State Representative representing the 75th Legislative District, encompassing Elk County and parts of Clearfield County. With a background in business and leadership roles at Penn Highlands Healthcare and Goodwill Industries, Representative Armanini brings a wealth of experience to the Advisory Board. He is passionate about economic development and community growth.
- Craig Hartburg, Owner of Servco: Servco is a commercial cleaning business with a longstanding presence in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. With over 40 years in business, Mr. Hartburg has also served as chairman of the board for Journey Health System and is a member of the Board of Advisors for the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
- Bill Jones: Owner of Central Insurers Group: Mr. Jones has been a community leader for over three decades, serving on the Moshannon Valley Economic Development Partnership and Philipsburg Country Club. With locations in Philipsburg and State College, his company offers a wide range of insurance services to individuals and businesses throughout Central Pennsylvania.
- Curtis Shulman, Account Executive with the Hartman Group: Mr. Shulman has a rich background in hospitality, having served as Director of Operations for Hotel State College. He has also worked with major companies such as Wynn and MGM Resorts in Las Vegas. Mr. Shulman specializes in personal insurance, workers compensation, and cyber liability, among other services.
- Greg Sloan, Owner of Five Star Mitsubishi: As owner of one of the top Mitsubishi dealerships in the United States. Mr. Sloan is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Jeannine Swisher, Owner of Swisher Concrete Products: Ms. Swisher has led the company since its founding in 1990. The business, known for quality masonry and landscaping supplies, serves both residential and commercial customers. Ms. Swisher is also actively involved in local governance and community initiatives, serving on several boards, including the Clearfield IDA.
