9/17/2024

Clearfield, PA – CNB Bank is pleased to introduce "The Art of Service" contest for the 2024/2025 academic year, aimed at seventh to ninth grade students. Sponsored by the CNB Bank Arts Committee, this contest is designed to recognize and honor the dedication and sacrifice of the members of our armed forces and first responders, celebrating the spirit of service they embody.

"The Art of Service contest is a wonderful opportunity for students to creatively express their appreciation for the brave individuals who serve our communities and country. We are proud to support and encourage the creative spirit of our youth and honor our first responders and servicemembers,” said CNB Bank President and CEO Michael Peduzzi.

Participants in "The Art of Service" contest are encouraged to convey their gratitude and respect through various art forms such as painting, drawing, and digital media. Through this contest, the CNB Bank Arts Committee hopes to deepen, among these students, their understanding and appreciation of the invaluable roles these servicemembers and first responders fulfill in society.

Service encompasses the selfless acts of bravery, dedication, and responsibility carried out by individuals in the military, police, fire departments, emergency medical services, and other related fields.

Artwork submissions will be accepted at all CNB Bank offices from October 15 to October 31. Winners will be selected by the CNB Arts Committee and announced by November 15. Each CNB Bank office will award a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize, with winners receiving art kit prizes to further their artistic endeavors.
