WILCOXSON PROMOTED TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF COMMERCIAL BANKING OFFICER

Clearfield, Pennsylvania – Joseph B. Bower, Jr., CEO of CNB Bank, recently announced the promotion of Angela Wilcoxson to Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Banking Officer. In this role, she will be responsible for guiding the commercial teams in each of the Bank’s major geographic regions in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and Virginia. Ms. Wilcoxson will lead all aspects of commercial banking from loans to treasury management solutions. 
 
Ms. Wilcoxson joined CNB Bank in August 2020 as Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking.  She has 28 years of banking experience having held Senior level positions at other financial institutions in the greater Cleveland area. 

In her new role, Ms. Wilcoxson will drive CNB’s syndication desk and pricing model, while maintaining loan policy authority.  Her prior experience ranges from small business lending and middle-market manufacturing-based companies to complex commercial real estate projects. This vast experience will assist in guiding CNB through future growth and expansion into new markets.

Ms. Wilcoxson, a native of Oakwood Village, Ohio, graduated from Bedford High School before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Kent State University. Later, she obtained her Master of Arts Degree from Moody Bible Institute in Applied Biblical Studies.

Currently, Ms. Wilcoxson is Board President for Evergreen Cooperative Development Fund and Evergreen Business Services, and a board member for the Evergreen Cooperatives, Growth Capital Corporation, and The McGregor Foundation.
