You may have heard about the Equifax cybersecurity incident that was announced yesterday. Equifax has indicated they will be reaching out to affected individuals directly, so we do not have or anticipate receiving a list of potentially affected customers. As always, we recommend that you keep an eye on your account activity via eBanking, mobile banking, or ServiceCall, and contact your bank representative immediately if you see any activity that you did not initiate or authorize yourself so that we may take appropriate action.
We also recommend that you use the resources provided by Equifax: www.EquifaxSecurity2017.com
or 1-866-447-7559. The contact center is open every day, including weekends from 7am-1am. Here, you can determine if you are potentially at risk and can sign up for credit monitoring free for up to one year.
If at any time you suspect fraud on your account, contact our Customer Service Center at (800) 492-3221 right away.
