CHLUDZINSKI RECEIVES HONOR STUDENT RECOGNITION FROM PENNSYLVANIA BANKERS ASSOCIATION

Clearfield, Pennsylvania: Kara Chludzinski, Assistant Vice President and Director of Education at CNB Bank, achieved honor student status from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s (PA Bankers’) 2024 School of Banking. Honor students are selected for outstanding academic achievement on a final examination.
 
The PA Bankers’ School of Banking provides students with a broad knowledge of subjects related to the financial services industry, which can be applied practically, including the banking system, understanding bank financial statements, marketing to customers, compliance, lending, motivation, and supervision.       
 
Ms. Chludzinski has served in the banking industry with CNB Bank since 2021. She has 17 years of experience in education, including a master's degree in curriculum and instruction, and a certification in behavior management. In her role as CNB Bank’s Director of Education, Ms. Chludzinski is responsible for creating and implementing educational strategies and programs that match the Bank's employee development and experience goals. Her role includes overseeing curriculum development, training programs, and assessments. She manages her function’s budget planning, selects external vendors, and works with educational partners. She is active in employee engagement initiatives at CNB Bank and serves as co-chair of the Employee Experience Task Force.
